What are the kloid treatments available and what's the success rate , I have one lump in hand not sure if this kloid but some doctors said it's a kloid and if any surgery perform it can come again?

Yes, that's true. If you have a keloidal tendency, it will come again.
Treatment with steroid injections is preferable and produces decent results. It will flatten the bump to a considerable level.
