FIRSTLY VISIT UROLOGIST AND FOLLOW HIS AFVISE
If at present no.fever or pain , Than you can go for conservative management
Drink lot of fluids
Tab Urimax 0.4 mg 1 tablet once daily for 2 weeks
Ultrasound after 10 to 14 days
Even if stone doesnot come out
Than endoscopic removal of stone with LASER
