Kidney stone in men
I'm 40 year old male .I have kidney stone problem and it's in last stage now. difficulty to urinate .it's not passing down . Shall I take tamsulosin.

measure the size of the stone by ultrasound. if you If it is very close to the urinary bladder, you can try medicine for it to get expelled. If the stone size is less than 5mm, then Tamsulosin 0.4mg would be helpful.
