Kidney stone and protein
I am having 4 to 5 mm of kidney stone. I am on protein diet for my bodybuilding muscle grow. I am taking egg white, chicken breast, fish, paneer, nuts for protein. No protein powder. I have read on google that dairy products and meat effect kidney stone. Kindly advice me. Is egg white good compared to egg yellow.

Hello, first of if you have kidney stone you should not do exercise or workout in gym, it's effect on your bladder and urinal ducts, you may face sever kidney pain, if its really necessary to do your workout so do not lift any weight, do your exercise weightless lke push ups, chin ups, sit ups, scouts, single hand push ups, use without weight rod, don't do intense workout, about your diet please avoid oily foods, take soya protien, take sprouted grams, eggwhite has more protien instead of eggyellow, only take vegetarian protein diet, take your medines on time take precautions, drink more water.
