Ayurveda has a good range of rasayana medicines for kidney failure. But a detailed consultation is necessary for accurate treatment and monitoring of urea, creatinine levels.    Also OTC medicines should not be taken without expert opinion. Dialysis if not started can be avoided with regular medication.

If the creatinine and urea level is high; We can bring it down by ayurveda. Can avoid dialysis. More can be advised only after a complete examination.
