Kidney cyst
I have pain in front and back side of upper stomach. And I have cyst in kidney and cervical region shows 6mm Nabothian cyst.

Get renal function test done .intravenous Urography /CT Urography is a good test to assess renal function.CT also helpful to determine nature of cysts.
Simple cyst in kidney usually does not require any active intervention except regular follow up by a urologist
Consult a gynaecologist for examination for Nabothian cyst
