Ketogenic Diet
I have started Ketogenic Diet since 5 days, and have been following it very strictly. But i extremely weak and hence cannot work out too, have developed chest pains, and can feel its due to gas and am having bouts of loose motion i.e not through out the day, but one time a day, and then it goes back to normal. But the weakness persists, and it's severe. Will not working out increase my weight and affect adversely?

Hello, I would recommend you to not follow such extreme diets without preparation and scientific back up. Also if your body is not accepting, it's better to switch back to regular eating and work out too. We may never know how our body responds and can do permanent damage if not followed under proper supervision.
