Keto Diet for weight loss
Hi I am 37 yr male. My height is 5'6" and weight is 76 kg. I am on medication for borderline High Blood pressure and diabetes. Iam taking following medicine for BP: Losar 50 -Natrilix SR Iam taking following medicine for diabetes: - Zoryl 1 My blood pressure remains 138/76. My blood sugar is bit on higher side. Last month got tested it was 140/172. Doctor did not changed the meds as he wanted to see if in month dose increase required or not. I wish to go for KETO diet to reduce weight. Can I do it. Please suggest me.
