Presence of progression requires surgical intervention. One needs t see the amount of progression and the time between the two scans. Also without verifying the quality of the scans, a diagnosis of progression is accurate. Usually we do not see much progression after the age of 35. As part of surgical management is concerned, crosslinking would possibly only arrest the progression. We also have to see the quality of vision after the progression.
