Greetings.
1. Cryosurgery - or cryotherapy is not very easily available - howeever, some doctors and hospitals do have it
2. Standard first line treatment includes use of intralesional injections
3. Cryotherapy / silicon gel sheets / topicals have adjuvant role.
4. See a qualified dermatologist near you.
