Kapha Imbalance - Lethargy, Sleepiness
Looking for diet and lifestyle tips to balance Kapha imbalance. For one-two months, been feeling very sleepy no matter how much I sleep, very lethargic both in the body and mind, tired, uninterested in doing anything, anxious, irritable, joint paints since the past one week, itching, heaviness and bloating. Have to sleep for 2-3 hours in the afternoon. I exercise vigorously three times a week for one hour (force myself), and try to walk gently for 15-20 mins on most days. Always feeling hungry and only craving junk food
