Joint problem while sitti
Cracking sound comes from my joint when i sits or when i stand up after sitting for a long time. Also unable to sit for long time with folding legs ...it pains a lot in knee joints after some time..and forced me to stand immediately

May be due to arthritis....there are a number of treatments that can help ease symptoms and reduce the chances arthritis becoming worse...options are analgesics, NSAIDs,intraosseous steroid injection and hyaluronic acid injections,Physiotherapy like quadriceps strengthening exercises etc...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
