Joint pain at knee and more swelling at
I have been more pain in my knee joint and also at my toe getting more swell also paining, joints are painfull i couldn't make stand or seat easily.

Knee pain along with toe pain is strongly suggestive of gout.
You will to test Serum Uric Acid and xrays of your knee & foot done. Visit the nearest ortho surgeon who can examine and order the right x-rays for you.
