Hello Practo User Facial deformation and teeth not being aligned properly after the surgery most probably means that you'll have to undergo another corrective surgery. At many places in the absence of a oral and maxillofacial surgeon, medical surgeons perform jaw surgeries and fail to pay attention to the teeth setting. This leads to problems like yours.
Next Steps
It is difficult to guess the severity of your problem from text messages. You will have to consult in person with all the reports related to the previous surgery and then only any advise regarding the course of further treatment can be given. Please feel free to call for appointment. We'll be happy to help. Thank you.
