  4. Jaw pain from last 2 month. Grinding.

Jaw pain from last 2 month
Hi I am suffering from jaw pain from last 2 month. Also I went to dentist. She check and give me painkiller from one week. And suggest me to do the hot and cold water apply. Also I had suffer headache when have a jaw pain. But not getting relief . And the pain started from morning . Also my tooth are grinding.

You might require a splint. An xray of your jaw joints might be advised. Please see a dentist/ oral surgeon/ orthodontist
