Having a pain in jaw even after 2 weeks of tooth extraction is pretty much unusual. Correct Diagnosis can be made only on clinical examination.
Next Steps
You must immediately see any other expert oral surgeon.

Two weeks is too much for healing. I would advise you to visit your dentist and take an xray. Delayed healing could be because of few fragments leftover in the socket.
Next Steps
visit your dentist asap
Health Tips
keep the area clean Luke warm salt water or betadine gaurgle 3-4 times in a day in case of pain consult your dentist

If your dentist has told you that jaw has been torn, that may indicate that the jaw bone must have cut to extract the tooth,it might be a wisdom tooth surgical impaction,s o kindly repeat the antibiotics and painkillers that must have been prescribed at the time of surgery.Do vigorous warm salt rinses thoroughly, soft food is advised.See your dentist again asap.
