  4. Jaw and above area pain. Could suggest?

Jaw and above area pain
I don't know something weird pain started at the side of the head above jaw.. and my jaw is also making some cracking noise which never happened before... The template area pains and tha jaw too i have read on the net it is TJM but still needed some confirmation any particular medication or exercise if could suggest
