Give proper feed so weight will gain and it reduce billirubin level.... No need for phototherapy if baby takes feed well.. Sunlight exposure wont reduce billirubin level as per studies....
Next Steps

You said total bilirubin is 14.7. 1.What’s direct / indirect level ? 2. Did you have Hypothyroidism? 3. Inadequate weight needs increase in feeding 4. Regular weekly growth monitoring is important 5. Increase in feeds will surely help in decrease of indirect bilirubin
Next Steps

For 37weeks babies total bilirubin level of 14.7mg/dL at day 12 is not in phototherapy range..u can continue 2hourly feeds that will help in reducing the bilirubin by excretion through stool and urine No need of exposing to sunlight
