Dear Practo user,
It is not clear from your description whether your wife is also having jaundice. I assume that she is not suffering from it. If your query is whether it can be transmitted to her not will depend on type/ cause of Jaundice.
In case she has Jaundice, some types can be transmitted to the unborn baby. Mostly, it won't.
