Its about the ceramic cap
Hi, So the problem is, At the age of 15 I had 3-4 uneven teeth in my upper jaw which use to look bad when I smile. I think that was the worst decision of my life that I opted for ceramic caps. Even the doctor I met came out to be money minded which I got to know later. So now I have front 6 teeths with ceramic crowns of it. I am not at all satisfied, they look unnatural, and they have covered the pink flesh of my gums and now when I smile only the upper gum shows which looks blueblack in color. I have consulted once to a dentist who asked me to opt full ceramic crown as at the moment there is on the metal inner side and ceramic on outer side of the crown. Which I think will might solve the natural look problem of the teeth but the gum probelm will remain the same. *Now my question is, should I go for dental implants for the front 6 teeths so that they look more natural. And also the pink flesh of my gums will be visible if I opt for dental implants?

Dear sir. Your concern over the metal exposure (blueblack colour) near d gums can be corrected with all ceramic crowns as suggested by other doctors. Too much gum exposure when u smile can also be corrected by minor gum surgeries iff otherwise your jaws are fine. Implants are the best treatment for replacing missing teeth. Now coming to the first part of your query! Any doctor will only suggest you the treatment options possible for that particular condition of the patient n it is his/her choice to decide on what treatment he/she can undergo!! Since you yourself accepted that treatment you cannot blame the doctor for the treatment! The fee we charge are for the accepted treatment procedures we do.
