You should keep a keen watch whether hot water or cold water aggrevates your itching, what kind of soap / cosmetics you are using while bathing, whether you get hives / redness on your skin after itching . Needs a detailed evaluation so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given to you accordingly
