Itchy bumps on Vagina

Asked for Female, 39 Years

I have 2 small bumps on the lips of my vagina. I thought it was to do with using Veet hair removal cream. I have had them for a few months and they are becoming itchy and uncomfortable. I am not sexually active. I use baby oil, which stops itchiness for a short while. I have researched online and can’t work out if it is a bump, pimple or a yeast infection.
