For so many months there has been burning sensation around the balls and on the skin. It's get wetty most of the times and yellow spots on the underwear. Pinky patches have formed on the inner thighs.

Hi, Tinea cruris, a pruritic superficial fungal infection of the groin and adjacent skin. Keep the groin region dry to prevent recurrence of tinea cruris. Dry the area after bathing, using a towel or a hair dryer. Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothing to prevent moisture build-up. Lose weight. Put on socks before undergarments to minimize the possibility of fungal transfer from the feet to the groin.
