  4. Itching on the skin of penis. Else?

Itching on the skin of penis
From some days there have been itching on my skin of the tip of the penis. I wash inside with water still the itching is not getting finished. Sometimes after having sex the itching vanishes but when I don't do sex for some days it again starts itching. It's not understandable for me why it is happening. It is a symptom of diabetes or something else? Can you suggest what should I do.
