Itching on penis
My penis has operated in my childhood.
Since then I have a itching in the mouth of penis, so whom should I consult or what are the medicine available?
Due to heavy itching I think my sperm count also reduced.

you need to consult a surgeon.
drink lots of water.
urine infection could be a cause of it.
