  4. Itching on legs skin. Suggest a cure.

Itching on legs skin
I went to a trek on last to last sunday and was exposed to water for all day long. After that, for an hour, I was exposed to water while coming to home from office, on the day when mumbai was flooded. After then, I have been facing constant itching on my legs. Very big rashes have formed over the skin. Please suggest a cure.
