Itching in the anal area
She got  treatment for piles  i.e. injection treatment for piles,then after a week later she  frequently got itching in the anal region so we consulted doctor for this they suggested BETNOVATE C cream to apply ,it will work for some days and after leaving it for 3-4days again the problem of itching starts so what could be the cause and what is the solution for this please suggest..

It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

It is more due to perianal rash. Do not use it. Stop betnovate C. Itching to be evaluated whether it is due to rash, fungal infection, eczema or something else. Cause to be evaluated.get direct consultation and get local examination done with a dermatologist. Use Tab Atarax 10 mg for itching .
