Certain medications can trigger a rash. You might be allergic, or it could be a side effect of the medication. Anti-inflammatory medications, antibiotics, and pain relievers can b used depending on the intensity and the spread of the lesions. Consult a dermatologist for the same.

It’s a drug reaction called Fixed Drug Eruption. It is mainly caused by antibiotics such as Tinidazole, Ornidazole, and the flouroquinolone group like ofloxacin. Avoid using these antibiotics in the future. You can consult a dermatologist for the treatment.
