Nowadays there is lot of itching in my hair. What should I do ??? Could it be lice ?? There is hair fall also

hellooo... itching in hair could be lice,dandruff, dust,pollution,dey scalp, excessive usage of shampoo,lack of regular hair washes...was your hairs after oiling around twice a week...consult a dermatologist for further help...
