Hello, It appears in the pictures that there are skin rashes associated with scratch marks. These kind of rashes are non specific and can come in a variety of skin problems. However, dry skin is one of the common reasons. Since you also have pain, a complete examination is suggested to diagnose in your case. Meanwhile you could use a moisturiser cream twice a day for the body and for itching you can take tablet levocetrizine 5mg at night for 3-5 days till you could seek a dermatologist in-person consultation.

Hi, Considering the history you have given this could be henoch schonlein purpura. This is happens due to inflammation of blood vessels and can be associated with joint pains and pain abdomen. Usually preceding history of sore throat will be there. This can require a bit long term treatment and certain blood tests need to be done like cbc, esr, aslo, crp , rft and urine routine microscopy. You can get back to me on practo consult as i need further details and to treat you.
