ITCHINESS AND PATCHES IN PVT AREAS
There is lot of itchiness and patches in my private areas. I have been using terbinaforce plus cream for same but it goes and then again comes back leaving lot of patches.

You are most likely to suffer from fungal infection. These infections are stubborn and they may not go away with use of just creams. Please visit a Gynecologist or a dermatologist and get evaluated. They will give you oral medicines to help you cure of the present infections by fungi.

Being in a hot humid country fungal infections are known to recur and this is due to environmental reasons. But it could also be due to diabetes in some. So if you are visiting a Gynecologist they may do a sugar levels to assess it.
Health Tips
If you are sexually active then such transfer of infections can also happen from one partner to another. So in that case asking your partner for such patches and itching is good and if he has such issues, getting both treated simultaneously is best. Also use of condoms at sex can protect you from getting such infections from the partner
