Itchiness all over the body. Though : ()

For the past ten days I have been experiencing itchiness all over my body. I have red bumps on my penis as well. I was outside Kolkata for some time and when I visited I began experiencing this itchiness. The water here is also a little impure and yellowish [hard or iron impurity not sure] . Though I have been living here for over a year.In the past I never faced the problem. Itchiness is little more severe at night time. I have been using moisturizers and fungal creams like clobeta gm cream too but to no benefit. When I itch i get scratch marks and some cuts around the hair strands which are roundish. But I  think they are there due to the scratching. Feeling a little embarrassed to upload pictures of private parts though :()
