Asked for Male, 24 Years

Doctor I'm feeling vertigo,fatigue,pain in eyes,musle pain, chest pain for all time since exposure before 6 months. I have Hsv 1 IGG 2.6. I consulted local doctors and taking acivir but symptoms are not getting reduced. Please tell me solution / tablet for this. I'm tested hiv negative.
