Your acne doss not look that high in grade that you need isotretinoin, you can go for milder treatments first.

No...more specific medicine required...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

High dose isotretinoin can cause dryness of face, lips and itching.. treatment depends on the severity of acne, skin type, cause of acne and response to medication.. usually multiple treatment modalities are used to treat acne.. don’t self medicate..
