Hi doctor
My LMP was 23rd February 2024. And now I'm pregnant. I was taking isotretinoin even while I conceived. This is an unplanned pregnancy. Is it advisable to go ahead given the adverse effects of isotretinoin on pregnancy.kindly help

Isotretinoin should not be taken during pregnancy. If you have not taken it for longer period you can continue pregnancy . Also get a NT/NB and dual marker between 11-13 weeks
