You can meet most of the protein requirement through diet. We need to understand your training routine to suggest how much protein you need. Whey protein powder may not be good for everyone in the long run. Creatinine is safe, but then again with our looking at your blood test reports or checking other health parameters it’s hard to say.

All whey protein creatine should be taken in limited quantity. Try to include more of food sources of protein

Yes only whey protein that have isolate then. Is much better with added one Start using whey isolate that is better

Hi, consuming protein in excess is not safe at all, it should meet your daily requirement criteria if it can't meet with the food items you are taking then go with formulated protein sources. but in long terms it may harm. Do take a consultation before taking any Supplement.
