The biopsy taken is superficial and the pathologists requires a deeper biopsy again to comment further about the specimen....As per the report enclosed by you its benign as of now but follow up is required...

Kindly get examine Again And if the polyp is negative for dysplasia. Than remove and send for examination And than post the report

Studying your coloscopy report would be helpful As of this report there is no evidence suggestive of cancer. But it is still inconclusive as they suggested deeper biopsy.
