I was cleaning my house and I just had a fall. My legs and arms are quite cramped and I took pain killers to ease the pain. It has been a day and my neck still hurts. I don’t know what went wrong and I’m pretty sure that it is not sprained. It is more like an evenly spread pain. I was just wondering if I could use muscle relaxers to soothe the pain out. Is it safe to use muscle relaxers for neck pain? I want to avoid going to the doctor for something as trivial as this.

Hi there
I would suggest you to avoid self medication anytime because there are lot of side effects a medicine itself does.
You can try warm compresses and some streching excercises to ease the pain.
If still not responding consult a doctor.
