I have lung infection due to Delhi climate. Doctor prescribed me Telekast-L and Sereflo. Is it safe to use Telekast-L for long term ? Please help. I need to de use if I should stay in Delhi for long term or not.

Hi. I understand your concern s. These medications are for allergy not infection. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation to find out for how long you will require . Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest
