Good to hear that despite such tough schedule you plan your workout, pls. keep up for long term health benefits. Regarding diet:post workout along with pt. shake add some carbs so the Ptn. is not wasted doing carb's job,can add a fruit. Also there is a long gap of 5 hrs between 2-7 Pm,which will be taken care.Chicken breast fried,do you mean stir fried, then ok but avoid too much oil,1-2 tsp. is good enough.Dinner lassi should be salted and not sweet.Diet is good otherwise.Hair fall could be due to some vitamin defficiency,so you can add one vitamin supplement to your diet.

Hi your diet sounds good and since you are following strict diet you must include vitamin supplement so that requirement of micro nutritient is fulfilled. So you can add B complex once a day, Evion (vitamin E) once a day, and any calcium supplement of strength 500 mg once a day. This will take care of your vitamin and mineral requirement.
