The pediatrician has recommended Lupifit health supplement to my one year old daughter. is it safe as the packing states that the syrup cannot be given to children below 5 years

No supplements are needed,just ensure a healthy diet,including 2 milk and 4 solid meals,stop breastfeeding.
Make sure that the diet is well balanced.
Maintain hygiene.
