My 13 month old baby is having following symptoms vomiting, pale palms, decreased but dark yellow urination, part of his poop is pale in colour, he is looking dull today nad have no fever im very much worried. it was said yesterday by doc that he had iron deficiency but are these jaundice symptoms.

As per your history mentioned above.. It may be due to jaundice.. There are so many causes of jaundice at this age. Better require consultation, clinical examination, investigation... Thanks.
