Attached is the whole abdomen ultrasound report, Please guide me if i am pregnant or any tumor is there. Also attached B-HCG report with incresed hcg level

Gestational sac is not visible on USG i suppose you are having ectopic pregnancy

You can't confirm a pregnancy here..with the report you have to visit gynaecologist.. further examination and transvaginal scan is required..
