Is it ok to stopDupaston
Hi my wife is 27 y with Pcos... From day 2- day 6 she to siphene 100mg, she had 1 mature follicle, then from day 7 - day 16 progynova 2mg, then day 17- day 26 duphaston 10 mg twice a day... If my wife have conceived during this cycle then once she duphaston is stopped are there any chance of miscarriage since duphaston was nt continued after day26 or it OK to stop duphaston after day 26

Duphaston should be stopped on 26 th day. Natural progesterone secreted in the body will protect pregnancy. It can be restarted when pregnancy is confirmed.
