Is Caverta tablet affect pregnancy?

Me n my wife are planning for a baby, but I had erectile dysfunction, and for that I'm using caverta 50 which results good so far. I would like to know whether after using dis medicine will there be any effect on my sperm? Is this tablet will affect pregnancy?this cause any harm to my wife or my child if she conceives under the effect of this medicine?
