Banana is good for you. Its very high in calories and will increase your blood sugar levels very much. I would like to know what medicines are you currently taking for BP and sugar?
Have a high fiber diet and exercise a little regularly. Walking will be good for you.

! to 2 banana /day is ok for u.it will not increase yr sugar level.All citrus fruits is good for u. ex.apple, lemon,carrots,pomegranate,tomato,orange,etc
