My report says that my vitamin b12 is 204 while normal level is 211-911 pg/ml.
Should I be worried?
Shall I go for the supplement or through natural source to come to the natural level?

Hi I understand ur concern,yes it is slightly less than normal..no need to take supplements if u take proper diet for it..have lots of green vegetables,black raisins.u and non veg..if u are a vegetarian than u can take b complex supplement for it..
