Is 204 B12 defieciency
My report says that my vitamin b12 is 204 while normal level is 211-911 pg/ml. Should I be worried? Shall I go for the supplement or through natural source to come to the natural level? How much is ok for me?(age27, height 5'11")

You don't require supplement ...take good sources of B12 like green vegetables and black raisins .I can plan a diet for you Ask me privately.

Hi I understand ur concern,yes it is slightly less than normal..no need to take supplements if u take proper diet for it..have lots of green vegetables,black raisins.u and non veg..if u are a vegetarian than u can take b complex supplement for it..
