Irritation,swelling pain
From couple of days I am having swelling and inflammation pain in my inner skin of my pennis. Actually at the time of passing urine it doesn't pain but when I walk and sleep it pains because the skin touches the inner wear. It has swallon little bit. Please prescribe me any ointment.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. From your description it looks like you could be suffering from balanoposthitis leading to phimosis. This could be because of candidial infection. Also it is more common among diabetics. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.
