Uric Acid level is essentially in range, slightly on higher margin within range. It would be useful to provide other KFT parameters such as Serum creatinine and BUN. Tongue irritation may be related to deranged renal metabolism, if any. Although it may also be due to local factors, infection, nutritional deficiencies, other factors or idiopathic. Examination by an Oral Medicine expert in correlation with pertinent details would help you in getting rid of the problem. Dr. Aditya Patney, MDS Oral Medicine, Diagnosis & Radiology
