Irritant Gums

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I used a hard bristled brush for a while and really hurt my gums in that period. I discontinued n switched over to a soft bristled one but there has been no improvement. They are highly sensitive to any kind of food and feel itchy n irritating and it's painful while brushing with a lot of bleeding. Not my teeth or palate, I feel this only on my gums everywhere.

Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.
